These three valves use an external G-thread inlet. The available sizes are G 1/2", G 3/4", and G 1". The outlet is a separate metric M-thread.
For example, the 0500-8201 is not simply a "1-inch valve." It has a G 1" external inlet and M42 × 3 external outlet. Likewise, 0500-8202 uses G 1/2" external to M29 × 1.75 external, while 0500-8203 uses G 3/4" external to M36 × 3 external.
G and M threads are different thread systems. Do not select a mating component based only on the nominal inch size. Confirm both the thread type and thread dimensions.
Burkle also offers a related 0500-810x family with internal G-thread inlets. If your installation requires an internal rather than external G-thread, the 810x configuration is the relevant family.
Operate the valve within the manufacturer's specified pressure and temperature limits and verify material compatibility with the liquid being handled.
