The Burkle MicroSampler is designed for targeted sampling of small quantities of powder from sacks, containers and other suitable bulk-material sources. Its sampling lance allows material to be collected from a selected point and depth, making it useful for quality control, laboratory testing and production sampling workflows.
This range includes three lance lengths, each with a 25 mm outer diameter and a sampling capacity range of 2–10 mL when used with the appropriate interchangeable sampling head. The lance is made primarily from stainless steel AISI 316L, with additional materials used in its construction.

The MicroSampler collects a sample from a selected point within a powder or bulk material. The operator inserts the lance to the desired depth, opens the sampling head using the button, closes it to retain the sample, and withdraws the lance. The head can then be opened to release the collected material.

The sampling head is a separate purchase. Choose a head that matches the 25 mm lance and the desired sample volume. The manufacturer lists 2 mL, 5 mL and 10 mL heads for this tube diameter.
The main material is stainless steel AISI 316L (material 1.4404). The manufacturer also lists polyamide (PA) and spring steel AISI 301 (material 1.4310) as additional materials used in the sampler.
