Vee Gee  Water Activity Meter 

The Vee Gee 47002 Water Activity Meter is a portable, high-precision water activity analyzer designed for rapid and reliable measurement of free water in a wide variety of sample types including liquids, solids, and powders. Water activity is a critical quality parameter used to predict product stability, microbial growth potential, shelf life, and safety. This instrument combines simple workflow, detachable sensors, dual measurement modes, and data logging capability in a compact, field-ready unit suitable for production floors, QC labs, product development, and on-site testing.

The design allows users to prepare multiple samples at once, measure with either quick predictive mode or a full stability mode, and transfer logged data to a PC for records and further analysis; all backed by intuitive software support for setup and calibration.
