Wallerstein Laboratory Nutrient Agar
Wallerstein Laboratory Nutrient Agar is a product used to grow and study different types of yeasts, molds, and bacteria found in the brewing and industrial fermentation industries. It contains nutrients and other substances that help these microorganisms grow and survive. This product also has a special ingredient that changes colour to indicate the pH level, which is essential for the growth of certain types of yeasts. It comes in three sizes - 500g, 2kg, and 10kg - and is an essential tool for scientists studying microorganisms in the brewing and fermentation industries.
PREPARATION: Mix 80.2 grams of the medium in one liter of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring to dissolve completely. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
