VELP RC 2 Hotplate
The VELP RC 2 is a dual-position heating plate designed for efficient and reliable simultaneous heating of two samples in laboratory applications. Its 110 mm diameter aluminum alloy plates provide uniform temperature distribution and consistent heat transfer for routine tasks such as boiling liquids, preparing solutions, or dissolving reagents. Each plate can be independently heated up to 310 °C, and temperature is controlled easily via an analog knob. The illuminated hot-top warning indicator provides safety by alerting operators when surfaces exceed 50 °C. Compact, lightweight, and equipped with an epoxy‑painted aluminum body with IP 42 protection, the RC 2 is a durable and versatile solution for labs needing two concurrent heating positions. Designed and manufactured in Italy, it is ideal for small-scale parallel heating workflows.
