VELP OV Series Dispersers
The VELP OV Series are digital dispersers engineered for high-performance homogenization, emulsification, suspension, and mixing across a wide range of laboratory applications in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and beverage, and chemical industries. Available in two variants, the OV 725 Digital and OV 625 Digital, both models handle sample volumes from 0.2 ml to 2.5 L and viscosities up to 5,000 mPa*s, with speeds reaching 25,000 rpm. The OV 625 Digital delivers a clean, intuitive experience with a bright digital display, rotating knob speed control, fast tool installation, and a robust aluminum and technopolymer housing built for demanding daily use. The OV 725 Digital adds a brushless motor with superior heat dissipation, a cyclic timer up to 99:59 hours for unattended and high-throughput serial processing, a dispersing tool maintenance timer with LED indicators, a working hour counter, and proactive alarms for overtemperature, motor failure, and improper tool installation. Both models accept the full range of VELP D20 series high-quality stainless steel dispersing tools with PTFE seals. Designed and manufactured in Italy, the OV Series sets a high standard for precision, safety, and reliability in laboratory dispersion.
