Coretaker® Max 1-Piece Sludge Sampler

• CORETAKER® MAX 2-Piece Sludge Sampler is designed for inspectors and compliance personnel who need the heavy-solids performance of the CORETAKER® MAX with added convenience for transport and storage. Available in 2-piece 6-foot and 2-piece 8-foot configurations, this model breaks down into compact sections while delivering the same sampling performance as the 1-piece MAX.

  The two sections connect quickly using a Slip-Lock coupler with a brass thumbscrew, creating a secure, leak-free assembly in the field. Disassembly is just as fast, allowing the sampler to fit neatly into a rugged carrying case for easy transport between job sites.

  Like the 1-piece version, the CORETAKER® MAX 2-Piece features the Link Release Mega Valve, which opens fully during insertion and automatically closes when full to capture heavy, settled sludge without sample loss. The shepherd’s hook allows the valve to be held open for flushing from the clean end at the top, simplifying cleanup after sampling.

  Constructed from UV-stabilized clear polycarbonate with CNC-machined UHMW polyethylene components, the CORETAKER® MAX 2-Piece offers increased tube diameter for improved flow through dense solids. Factory-applied yellow depth markers provide accurate sludge level measurements, making this sampler well suited for septic systems, grease traps, waste oil collection, and industrial sludge applications.
