Coretaker® Max 1-Piece Sludge Sampler

CORETAKER® MAX 1-Piece Sludge Sampler is designed for demanding applications involving heavy, settled solids where standard sludge samplers fall short. Ideal for septic pumping, inspections, grease traps, waste oil collection, and industrial sludge sampling, the CORETAKER® MAX delivers reliable core samples in tough field conditions.

Available in 5-foot and 8-foot one-piece configurations, the CORETAKER® MAX features a Link Release Mega Valve that opens fully during insertion and automatically slams shut once the sampler is full, capturing dense sludge without loss. The integrated shepherd’s hook allows the valve to be held open for flushing from the clean end at the top, making post-sampling cleanup faster and easier.

Constructed from UV-stabilized clear polycarbonate with a CNC-machined UHMW polyethylene valve, the CORETAKER® MAX offers increased tube diameter for higher-volume sampling and improved flow through heavy solids. Factory-applied yellow depth markers provide accurate measurement of sludge levels, while the robust one-piece design minimizes setup time and simplifies operation in the field.
