Agarose LE is a highly purified, solvent-free agarose for use in molecular biology. Its advanced production process ensures an environmentally friendly product with significantly fewer contaminants. It is ideal for separating nucleic acids and proteins of sizes ranging from 150 bp to 25 kbp. Its low EEO of 0.13-mr improves resolution and shortens run times, while reducing band distortion caused by counter flow.
Agarose LE is a widely used reagent for nucleic acid and protein electrophoresis, blotting, and immunodiffusion. It easily dissolves and resists nucleases, forming a clear, colorless solution with low absorption of staining agents. Its pore size can be modified depending on its concentration, and it boasts high gel strength, thermal stability, and mechanical resistance. Available in 25g, 100g, and 500g quantities.
