The essential checkweigher, AD-4961-6K-3050 offers high repeatability for a system in this class. With a 1 g +/- repeatability, and speeds of up to 145 Pieces per minute. Protected from dust and water to IP65 standards, the hygienic design is complemented by standard food grade belting.

Unique design allows the system to be customized to fit your exact needs without taking up unnecessary space or slowing down your line. Perfect for products such as bulk protein powder cannisters and applications in food & beverage, meat trays.

Easy to assembly modular design consists of 4 units infeed conveyor unit, weighing conveyor unit, control unit & base unit. 7 inch display utilizes a high visibility touch panel color LCD with friendly Graphic User Interface (audio guidance support function included). By inputting throughput (products per minute) or belt speed (m.min), optimal weighing conditions can be automatically set.

AD-4961-6K-3050 stores up to 1000 products, and allows quick and easy uploading of product images to the checkweigher from a USB flash drive for quick product identification. Products can be divided into 10 different groupings, with up to 100 products able to be stored in each group.
