Agarose Low Melt - 100g

Agarose Low Melt is a low melting point agarose ideal for preparative gels. Its melting and gelling points are well below the DNA/RNA denaturation temperatures, offering superior nucleotide recovery and enabling cloning of tissue culture cells and viral plaque assays. With its "green" process and low EEO, Agarose Low Melt provides superior resolution and clarity with minimal background. Tested to be RNase, DNase, Protease and Endonuclease free. Supplied in 100g bottles.
